This is a notice for any TRC Member wishing to attend our Annual General Meeting, please see the details below. All attendees must be 2025 TRC Members and RSVP with secretary@torontorailwayclub.com.
TRC Members wishing to apply as a TRC Director for 2026, fill out the application linked here. Please return completed application to the Club Secretary, Debbie Hsia-Nembhard: secretary@torontorailwayclub.com by January 15, 2026 – 12pm EST.

Any TRC Member wishing to attend the TRC AGM should advise the Toronto Railway Club Secretary by email at secretary@torontorailwayclub.com on or before January 26, 2026, in order to receive the directions/instructions to the meeting room, meeting agenda and other meeting documents, also by email, in advance of the meeting.
